All orders over a $100.00 ship for FREE.
Most orders received before 4:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Return Policy:

You may return item within 30 days of delivery as long it’s unopened and have not been used. Returns within a period of 7 days of delivery have 20% restocking fee. Returns within a period of 30 days of delivery have 25% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for items that are shipped and delivered and stolen.

Return Policy for Clinical Units:

What is a Clinical Unit? Clinical Unit is Electrotherapy, Ultrasound or EKG Unit that’s displayed on our website in category “Clinical Units” or costs over $500.00.

You may cancel an order and get full refund if you will e-mail your cancellation request to bestmedicalchoice@gmail.com within 24 hours.

BestMedicalCoice.com is a leading distributor for Chattanooga, Amrex and PREMU Clinical Electrotherapy and Ultrasound therapy products. If you are purchasing a clinical unit you need to acknowledge that to maintain full 5 year warranty we do not stock our units in a warehouse. Each unit is individually made for the customer. Once it has been purchased you may cancel an order and get full refund if you will e-mail your cancellation request to bestmedicalchoice@gmail.com or call us at 888-527-5080 within 24 hours. After 24 hours the unit will not be returnable unless defective, in that case you will be given a new product.

All disposable items such as electrodes are non-refundable. Electrode Conductive Garments, Clothing are not returnable and are considered a disposable item.

Refund Policy:

You will get full refund and we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to do Return:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
